- Knowing in advance when cash runs short. The most common question in a small business is "how much will I have in the bank next month?". CassaChiara answers it from the due dates written in the invoices.
- Stronger credit applications. For an overdraft, a loan through a guarantee consortium (confidi) or a grant, a clear 90-day cash forecast helps your credit office and the bank assess the request.

- From the Fatture e Corrispettivi portal, with the delegation you already have, download the business's invoices (ZIP, .xml or .p7m).

Privacy
Invoices are read in the browser on the office computer and are never uploaded to any server: member data stays where it already is.

No. CassaChiara runs in the browser, on Mac too, or installs as an app in one click.
Where do the businesses' invoices go?
Nowhere: they are read in the browser on the office computer and are not sent to external servers.
How many people in the association can use it?
The licence is agreed based on offices and businesses served, so every office that needs it can use it.
Can businesses use it on their own?
Yes: each business can also subscribe to the Business plan (€29 a month + VAT) and load its own invoices.
