Who processes the data

The data controller is the company that operates CassaChiara, VAT number 00566020772.

Your invoices

The invoice files you load into the app are read by your browser and are not sent to our servers or to third parties. The due dates you mark as paid and the balance you enter are stored only in your browser.

Subscription data

If you subscribe, payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your card details: we never see them. We keep your email, company name, VAT number, address and recipient code in order to issue the e-invoice and manage the subscription, as required by tax law (legal basis: contract and legal obligation). We keep them for 10 years, as required for tax documents.

Service providers

Stripe Payments Europe (payments) and Vercel Inc. (website hosting). Vercel records technical access data, such as IP addresses, for security purposes.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). For any request, reply to the subscription confirmation email.

Cookies

The site does not use profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools.
