Due dates and cash flow for all your clients, from the invoices you already have
Download a client's invoice ZIP from the cassetto fiscale (the Revenue Agency's online invoice archive), drag it into CassaChiara, and within seconds you have the schedule of receivables and payables, a 90-day balance forecast and the alerts to pass on. Nothing to install, nothing to ask the client for.

- One more advisory service to sell. A quarterly cash-flow forecast is what clients ask for most and what few firms offer, because building it by hand in Excel takes hours.
- Fewer end-of-month phone calls. Clients know in advance when the account will go into the red and when to chase a payment.
- Alerts that protect your clients. CassaChiara flags when a supplier's IBAN changes from one invoice to the next (the typical pattern of bank-transfer fraud), invoices received twice, and supplier price increases with the extra cost in euros.
- No data on external servers. Invoices are read in the browser on the firm's own computer and are not uploaded anywhere, so there is no new data processor to appoint under GDPR.
How it works
- From the Fatture e Corrispettivi portal (the Revenue Agency's e-invoicing site) download the client's issued and received invoices (.xml or .p7m files, or the ZIP).
- Drag them into the app. CassaChiara automatically recognises sales invoices, purchase invoices, credit notes and the due dates written in each invoice.
- Enter today's bank balance and get the chart, the payment schedule and the alerts, ready to print or show the client.

Do I need to install anything?
No. CassaChiara runs in the browser, Mac included.
Where do my clients' invoices end up?
Nowhere: they are read in the browser on your computer and are not sent to any external server.
Does it read signed .p7m files?
Yes. It reads .xml and .xml.p7m files (base64 too) and the ZIP archives downloaded from the cassetto fiscale.
Can I get an Italian e-invoice for the subscription?
Yes. At checkout you enter your VAT number, company name and SDI recipient code or PEC address, and the e-invoice arrives in your firm's cassetto fiscale.
