CassaChiara shows a firm, on one screen, which clients will go into the red in the next 90 days and what to do to avoid it. I am looking for 10 accounting firms to use CassaChiara with their clients for 3 months, free, and tell me what works and what is missing. The plan normally costs €149 a month + VAT for 30 client companies.

What you get

• The full Accounting firm plan for 90 days: up to 30 client companies, each saved, with payment schedule, 90-day cash forecast and alerts (overdue receivables, supplier IBAN changes, duplicate invoices, price rises).
• The cash PDF report with your firm's name, to send to clients in one click. See a sample.
• The changes you ask for: if something is missing, I add it, for you first.

What I ask

• Use it for real with at least 2-3 clients.
• Answer a few emails with your feedback. No calls, everything by email.
• If you like it, a short comment I can quote on the site with your firm's name (only if you want).

How it works

• You sign up with your email only: no card needed.
• All clients on one screen: in "My companies" each company shows today's answer ("Can spend €12,700" or "Short €3,000 on 13/11") and the ones at risk go to the top. You know who to write to before they call you.
• If your firm uses Fatture in Cloud, client invoices are read in one click, no files to download: how it works.
• After 90 days, add a card if you want to continue; otherwise the subscription closes by itself at no cost.
• Your clients' invoices are read in the browser on your computer and never sent to any server.
