Your Fatture in Cloud invoices become a payment schedule and a cash forecast

If you invoice with Fatture in Cloud, CassaChiara reads your issued and received invoices on its own and shows what comes in and goes out over the next 90 days, with alerts on anything that looks wrong. No files to download: one click and you are in.

What you see once connected

• Payment schedule of incoming and outgoing payments, with the ones already settled in Fatture in Cloud marked as paid.
• 90-day cash forecast: start from your bank balance and see in advance the day your account would go below zero.
• Alerts: overdue receivables, duplicate invoices, supplier price rises, too much revenue from one customer, credit notes received.
• PDF cash report to send to a partner, the bank or the accountant. See a sample.

For accounting firms

If your firm uses Fatture in Cloud with an accountant account, CassaChiara lists the connected client companies and you open them one at a time, each saved separately (up to 30 with the Accounting firm plan). The first 10 firms get 3 months free.

Connection guide

1. Open the CassaChiara app (or press "Connect Fatture in Cloud" at the top of this page).
2. Press "Connect Fatture in Cloud" and sign in with your Fatture in Cloud account.
3. Fatture in Cloud shows the permissions requested: read-only access to customers, suppliers, issued invoices, credit notes and received documents. CassaChiara cannot create, change or delete anything. Press "Autorizza" (Authorise).
4. You are back in CassaChiara. If the account has several companies (for example an accounting firm with its client companies), pick one and press "Open".
5. In a few seconds you see the payment schedule, cash forecast and alerts. Invoices from the last 2 years are read automatically; those already marked as paid in Fatture in Cloud show as paid.
6. To refresh the data later, press "Connect Fatture in Cloud" again in the app.
7. To disconnect CassaChiara, revoke the authorisation from your Fatture in Cloud account settings, in the connected applications section. Access also expires on its own.

Your data

Invoices are read and analysed in your browser and stay saved only on your device. Our server only relays requests to Fatture in Cloud and keeps neither invoices nor access keys. You can revoke access at any time from the Fatture in Cloud settings. Details in the privacy policy.
