The service

CassaChiara reads e-invoices in the FatturaPA format and derives from them a payment schedule, a cash-flow forecast and alerts. It is offered by the company with VAT number 00566020772 to businesses and professionals, not to consumers.

Free version and subscriptions

The free version analyses the 50 most recent invoices. The Business subscription (Impresa: €29 per month or €290 per year, excluding VAT) and the Accounting firm subscription (Studio: €149 per month or €1,490 per year, excluding VAT) remove this limit. The first 14 days are a free trial: if you cancel during the trial you pay nothing.

Payment and invoicing

Your card is charged through Stripe at the start of each period, and the subscription renews automatically. For each charge we issue an e-invoice to the details you provide at checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the app, in its subscription section. The service remains active until the end of the period already paid, which is not refunded.

Liability

CassaChiara shows estimates calculated from your invoice data and the balance you enter. It does not replace your bookkeeping or your accountant's advice. Always check IBANs and amounts before making a payment.

Italian law applies.
